Ecotile Australia have designed and manufactured a specialised version of their popular Ecotile standard. Constat ESD anti-static flooring prevents electro-static discharges and is ideal for applications where a conductive floor is required.

The flooring consisted of 7 millimetre thick interlocking tiles which have an embossed surface texture for added grip and improved comfort and safety. As the tiles are dry laid, installation is very fast and more cost effective than standard floor surfaces which require glues or tools.

Constat ESD anti-static flooring are extremely low maintenance and have a product guarantee of 20 years, while the ESD performance is guaranteed for life. An injection moulded process adds thousands of tiny metal fibres into the PVC surface so there is even distribution.

The anti-static flooring is so versatile, and based on the tile layout, can easily be fitted to odd shaped rooms, very small or very large surface areas, or floors with uneven ground. Constat ESD is ideal for manufacturing lines and workstations where a person is standing in one place for long periods of time.
